Abstract

In terms of the review of sales service processes in automobile service companies, this paper discusses the trend that passive sales and the lack of actively creating values for customers still exist in the sales service process. Therefore, a kind of new sales service process focused on design requirements is brought out. Not only is it a powerful drive for the management performance of an automobile sales service company, but also it has significant reference value for the promotion of service quality in automobile service company.
