Abstract
The direct one-pot synthesis of terminal propargylic amines from trimethylsilylacetylene (TMS–acetylene) with variety of amines and aldehydes using anhydrous CuSO4 as a catalyst in absence of fluoride has been developed. This methodology is compatible with a variety of functional groups, and moderate to excellent yields are successfully achieved.
