Abstract

The mechanism of generation of radio emission of pulsars due to the motion of charged relativistic particles along curved magnetic field lines is considered. The reabsorption of electromagnetic waves by a stream of charged relativistic particles moving along a curved trajectory is calculated and investigated in the kinetic approximation. The conditions under which maser amplification of waves in neutron star magnetospheres is possible are found.
