Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the training workshop course on improving skills in managing drug programs in pharmacy and biochemistry bachelors. The quantitative approach was used and the research was applied. The population consisted of 79 graduates in pharmacy and biochemistry and the sample for a total of 31 graduates. The selection of the sample was made through non-probabilistic sampling, applying the intentional criteria of the researcher. The data was collected through a questionnaire and for the hypothesis test the Wilcoxon T statistic for large samples was applied. The results show that 1) The level of achievement of competencies assistance, in the pre-test is deficient (67,74 % in average), 2) The level of achievement of competencies assistance in the post-test is fair (92,47 % in average) and 3) There is significant difference between the scores obtained before and after applying the training workshop course in the improvement of competencies assistance in Bachelors in Pharmacy and Biochemistry.
