Abstract

Chronic heart failure (CHF) has the characteristics of high morbidity, high mortality and high rehospitalization rate, especially high rehospitalization rate. Now it has become a serious social public problems. Factors influencing the rate of CHF rehospitalization include age and gender, etiology, lifestyle, medication compliance, etc. According to the above factors, clinical doctors can make all kinds of CHF disease management program, thus reducing the CHF rehospitalization rates and the patient's family and social burden.
