Abstract

Objective To explore the compliance of patients after renal transplantation and its influencing factors, and provide references for the development of targeted interventions. Methods From October 2015 to March 2016, cluster sampling method was used to select research object. 183 return visit patients with renal transplantation and whose postoperative time was more than 3 months in a tertiary hospital of Weifang city were selected as the research object and investigated by renal transplant patients compliance questionnaire, then the differences among patients with different general information were analyzed by single factor analysis, and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the main influencing factors of compliance. Results The total score of compliance in 183 renal transplant patients was (70.15±12.15); the dimension with highest score was medication compliance and it was (3.96±0.13); and the dimension with lowest score was self-monitoring compliance and it was (1.83±0.70). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that: the main influencing factors of compliance were transplantation time, monthly income of per person in family, education level and gender (P<0.05). Conclusions The compliance of renal transplantation in Weifang city is fair, but it still needs to be improved, and medical staff should take corresponding measures to improve the compliance of patients aimed at influencing factors of compliance in renal transplant patients.
