Abstract
Bowen's disease,an intraepidermal squamous cell carcinoma,can progress into invasive squamous cell carcinoma.It can be treated by surgical and nonsurgical methods.Surgical methods involve simple excision,Mohs micrographic surgery,electrodesiccation and curettage; nonsurgical methods include medical treatment,radiotherapy,cryotherapy,photodynamic therapy and other combined therapies.Surgical methods are the first choice for the treatment of Bowen's disease.For patients not suitable for surgery and lesions at specific sites,medical treatment and photodynamic therapy can be used.
