Abstract
我国很多地区正逐步开展早期胃癌的筛查工作，作者回顾了日本和韩国开展早期胃癌筛查的情况及结果，分析我国筛查的现况，结合自身的实践体会，提出了我国开展胃癌筛查应该采取的策略和亟待解决的问题。
