Abstract
Microvesicle (MV) plays a pivotal role in cell-cell communication.Currently,It has been isolated from most body fluids and almost all cells.MV participates in physiological processes,such as stem cell maintenance,tissue repair,immunomodulation and hemostasis.It's also vital to some pathological processes,such as tumorigenesis,pathogen infection.Research on the origination,biological effect and mechanism of MV not only give in-depth understanding of pathogenesis of MV-associated diseases,but also play a key role in establishing new therapeutic strategies for regenerative medicine and hemorrhage disease.In this review,Author focuses on status and recent advances of MV in aforementioned aspects.
