Abstract

This literature review aimed to analyze the current situation of the nursing curriculum for higher vocational education in China, based on the data sourced from Wanfang database, VIP database, and China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI) database. The study finds out a overlap of nursing curriculum and the course had little connection between the higher vocational and secondary vocational education. Furthermore, the courses such as health law, ethics, and nursing research should be intensified. Key words: Nursing education; Higher vocational education; Curriculum design; Review
