Abstract
With the increasing trend of large-scale and complex disaster events, disaster relief capability has attracted more and more attention.This paper ananlyzes the main contradictions of disaster nursing capacity in China, and suggested perfecting the disaster education system and to improve disaster relief capacity through multiple channels. To strengthen the nurses' rescue ability and expand disaster relief functions. To enrich the responsibilities of community nurses and improve disaster response capacity. Optimizing the allocation of human resources and focus on the teamwork of disaster relief. To do more research of disaster nursing and try to improve the nursing level of our country in the disaster medical rescue.
