Abstract

Hemodynamically unstable pelvic fracture patients have multiple potential sources of bleeding in the pelvis such as arterial injury, venous injury, or direct bleeding from the pelvic bone fracture. There are a variety of options for hemorrhage control in these patients and this study was conducted to evaluate potential options for hemorrhage control.
