Abstract

As the incidence and severity of canine flea and tick infestations in the UK has increased, so has the number of tick and flea treatments available. This gives veterinarians a wide choice of products for treatment and prophylaxis but can also be overwhelming in terms of keeping track of all the options on the market. This article considers the products currently available for flea and tick treatment in dogs and their application.
