Abstract

Trichloroethylene (TCE), as a known cytotoxic substance, causes oxidative stress in cells. Curcumin exhibits extensive pharmacological effects, especially antioxidant and antitumor activities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and underlying mechanism that curcumin alleviates the toxicity induced by TCE in human lung cancer A549 cells.
