Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect and application value of modified ultrafiltration used in the severe heart valve disease valvular replacement. Methods From August 2012 to August 2014, 76 cases of severe heart valvular disease were analyzed, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional ultrafiltration treatment, and improved ultrafiltration was given in treatment group, after the middle of the back of ultrafiltration function index and ultrafiltration index changes were compared. Results In the treatment group, after ultrafiltration RBC hematocrit(HCT)level was significantly higher than that in the control group[(36.78±2.82)vs(31.05±2.46)], the breathing machine auxiliary time, postoperative 24 h urine and blood use significantly was less than those in the control group. The cardiac function index were significantly improved than before treatment in both groups the middle of the back function index, in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The modified ultrafiltration in patients with severe heart valve disease valvular replacement ultrafiltration treatment has high clinical value, it can effectively improve the level of HCT, enrich the blood, and reduce bleeding and postoperative blood usage, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
