Abstract
Lymphadenectomy for prostate or bladder cancer gives many informations concerning prognosis. Usually standard lymphadenectomy is made. However, extended lymphadenectomy with external, internal and common iliac and presacral lymphs nodes improves prognosis but has equally therapeutic benefit.
