Abstract

The paper describes the culture clashes detected during several years of software project management. The paper suggests a change in the project model used to overcome the most severe clashes. The main clash is the difference between total planning for a long period in the projects and the day-by-day planning in the basic organization. The suggested project model try to solve the unavoidable conflicts in the beginning of the projects where the possibilities to solve the conflicts are much better than at the end of the project.
