Porter is Vice President for Management and Organization Development for PepsiCo Foods, International, a division of PepsiCo, Incorporated. Formerly he was Dirctor of Organization Effectiveness for the Amoco Corporation where his function was part of the Human Resources Department. He is responsible for assisting the Chairman, the Chief Operating Officers, and the top 200 Rockwell executives to better understand how the design and functioning of organizations can be used as a strategic competitive advantage. This involves the strategic designing and redesigning of the Divisions and Plants throughout the Corporation.
