Abstract
The article analyzes the understanding of role and place of culture and cultural heritage in the setof global sustainable development goals of mankind determined in the Resolution of UN General Assembly as of 25 September 2015 Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,basing on actual approaches and views expressed in the international scientific and theoretical discourse,and tasks formulated in political and strategic documents.
