Abstract

The world is facing an unprecedented expansion of innovation, the answers to the challenges which are almost always delayed. In the context of the growing changes need a new social life strategy based on effective cultural practices, and above all cultural policy. However, what the contemporary culture means, when we speak about politics, and how we understand the policy, when it comes to culture? What causes us to view culture as a policy and policy as culture? Which the conceptual-semantic substrates of these phenomena, we must distinguish between? Culture still more clearly positioned in the information society, as a policy, and the policy itself is actualized in society as a projection of culture. In fact, closeness of culture and policy as a social strategy makes policy more effective and viable. In these conditions it is possible the real institutional construction and promotion of the specific social technology, defined as the cultural policy.
