Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides commercial and consumer banking services, as well as trust and investment management, investment banking, insurance brokerage, leasing, asset‐based lending, treasury management and item processing services throughout various markets in Texas. Co. serves a range of industries including, among others, energy, manufacturing, services, construction, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, military and transportation. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. had consolidated total assets of $13.49 billion, and total deposits of $10.53 billion.
