Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides commercial and consumer banking services as well as trust and investment management, investment banking, insurance brokerage, leasing, asset‐based lending, treasury management and item processing services throughout markets in Texas. Co. serves a variety of industries including, among others, energy, manufacturing, services, construction, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, military and transportation. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. had consolidated total assets of $13.22 billion, as well as total deposits of $10.39 billion.
