Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the intersubjective relationships between medical residents and nurses working in neonatal therapy in a public hospital in Buenos Aires. A qualitative methodological approach was chosen, by means of semi-structured interviews. Among the most outstanding results, we can highlight the nursing questioning of medical indications, which implies the defense of their occupational autonomy by challenging medical knowledge. As long as interdisciplinary knowledge is not effectively shared in group spaces, it is difficult to avoid obstacles in intersubjective relationships that may harm the production of care.
