Abstract
A 27-year-old man reported to a physical therapist via direct access with severe left lateral midfoot pain during weight bearing. Due to joint-line tenderness, severe pain with weight bearing, and lack of findings consistent with his mechanism of injury, the patient was referred to an orthopaedic physician with a recommendation for imaging of the foot.
