Abstract
AbstractIn the present work, Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin film is successfully prepared by the calcinated nanocrystals with screen‐printing approach. The dependences of the obtained samples’ properties on the annealing parameters of temperature and time are well studied via X‐ray diffraction, Raman, field emission scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet‐visible‐infrared (UV‐vis‐IR) spectroscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy treatments. The results suggested that the best performances of prepared sample can be obtained at 600 °C for 20 min. The obtained sample features a kesterite CZTS phase, a surface morphology consisting of microns nanoparticles, a Cu‐rich and Zn‐rich chemical composition, and an ideal band gap of 1.4 eV. Additionally, the impurity phase of copper sulfide resulting from Cu‐rich composition is needed to further improve in the next work.
