Abstract
In this paper, ultraviolet (UV) photodetector device based on Cu2O nanostructures/GaN film heterostructure was fabricated using low-temperature aqueous method. ZnO nanorod arrays (NRs) were adopted to act as intermediate template to grow Cu2O nanostructures. The Cu2O nanostructures/GaN film heterostructure exhibited high response for UV detection. The results will provide a simple and effective way for low cost growth Cu2O nanostructures/GaN film heterostructure for UV detector applications at low temperature.
