Abstract

CT coronary angiography (CTCA) is typically acquired in mid-diastole in patients with steady heart rates less than 70 beats per minute. High temporal resolution dual-source scanners allow for end-systolic triggered acquisition in axial scan mode. We sought to determine the reliability of systolic acquisition in patients with elevated heart rates.
