Abstract
小型犬のCTにおける造影剤の体内動態について49頭の犬を対象とし，造影剤投与量，投与時間，留置針径における条件別に5群に振り分けて検討した．動脈では，平均輝度上昇開始時間（Tup）はすべての群において12秒前後でみられたが，最大輝度到達時間（Tpeak）とその時のハンスフィールド値（HU）は，群によって異なった．後大静脈におけるTupは20秒前後に現れ，Tpeakは33～39秒に集中していた．門脈のTupは22秒前後に現れ，Tpeakは40～45秒に集中していた．後大静脈と門脈の最大輝度のHUは投与量に依存していた．本研究におけるデータは体重や心拍数と相関しなかった．今回の研究のプロトコールを使用することによって，小型犬の造影CTの増強効果を客観的に評価できることが示唆された．
