Abstract

The increasing use of e-portfolios in the form and purpose are different in the education industry, the company and the government last few years has led researchers and practitioners trying to find out what factors are needed in designing and implemented model of e-portfolio. The aim of this study was to develop an understanding of the critical success factors that affect the implementation of the model of e-portfolios in education and professional. Systematic Review method is used in this literature review, with the following steps: (a) the identification of factors that influence the implementation of e-Portfolio; (b) identification of models of implementation of e-Portfolio; (c) synthesizing the literature; (d) comparing the factors, methods and models for the implementation of the e-portfolio system; and (e) discuss the implications and future research. The search process began in April 2015 and then the process of inclusion and exclude literature obtained from an electronic database, with the amount of literature that met the initial stages as many as 377 articles, up to 16 paper obtained are eligible. Then from 16 the paper, performed the synthesis to produce factors and models of e-portfolio of the most widely implemented. The implications of this literature study outcome data into a reference to the e-portfolio research more specifically on the factors and implementation model for professional e-portfolio.
