Abstract

Crystals of recombinant human angiogenin have been grown from solutions containing sodium potassium tartrate and polyethylene glycol as precipitants. They belong to the space group C222 1 ( a = 83.36 A ̊ , b = 120.64 A ̊ , c = 37.72 A ̊ ) and contain a single molecule in the asymmetric unit. The crystals diffract to at least 2.3 Å resolution and are suitable for three-dimensional X-ray structural analysis.
