Abstract

We present in short a model of the unconventional bipolaronic-like superconductivity associated with the Bose-Einstein condensation of the Chakraverty's peroxitons (O − −Cu + −O −) in oxide superconductors. Influence of crystal-field stabilization energy on the superconducting transition in YBa 2(Cu 1−xM x) 3O 7−y (M-transition metal) is analyzed. We also discuss pressure derivative of T c in terms of the model of peroxiton gas.
