Abstract
Photoelectrochemical Solar Water Splitting In article number 2102458 by Ho Won Jang, Jooho Moon, and co workers, performance bias-free solar water splitting is reported. Sulfur precursor with a weak dipole moment produces high-quality dense SnS nanoplates with enlarged favorable crystallographic facets, suppressing anisotropic growth. Ga2O3 interlayered SnS photocathode efficiently improves charge transport kinetics without charge trapping. The high-performance SnS photocathode represents a promising platform for photoelectrochemical solar water splitting.
