Abstract
To report a new indication for fertility preservation. Case report. Academic teaching hospital. A 25-year-old nulliparous woman with severe and symptomatic endometriosis and low antral follicular count. Oocyte cryopreservation. Number of cryopreserved oocytes. After three cycles of ovarian stimulation, we cryopreserved 21 oocytes. We recommend fertility preservation as part of preoperative counseling in young women with severe endometriosis.
