Abstract
To the Editor: The coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic has forced the unprecedented adoption of telemedicine services across medical specialties, making it more important than ever to understand patient preferences and what factors influence them. The purpose of this study was to identify which delivery modality is preferred by patients: face-to-face versus store-and-forward versus live video, and how out-of-pocket cost, lack of access to a face-to-face visit, wait time, and demographic variables influence this preference.
