Abstract

Introduction: Lateral elbow tendinopathy (LET) involves substantial pain and disability, yet understanding of factors contributing to pain severity remains unclear. Although altered sensory profiles have been reported in patients with severe LET, patients with bilateral LET or concomitant disorders were excluded from those studies. This study compared presence of comorbid painful conditions, somatosensory and psychosocial features in those with severe and less severe LET and asymptomatic controls (HC).
