Abstract

Since the end of 1994, mass participation in the extermination of a segment of the Rwandan people remains a major problem. This article tries to deal with the subject by providing elements related to the emotions, fears and manipulation that engendered conditions that allowed mass participation and engagement in the 1994 genocide of the Tutsi.
