Abstract
First, not enough work was done to collect material from scattered sources, as from the people, individuals, and foreign countries. On the materials already collected, research and collation was not timely. Recently, historical circles have called for a "salvage" action, which is fine. What we should concentrate on at present are the periods of the First and Second Revolutionary Civil Wars. We should seek out veteran revolutionaries of those periods and get what we can from them. That is a good method.
