Abstract

Literatures about critical thinking in medical education both at home and abroad were selected out. According to the literatures analysis, the significance of critical thinking cultivation for medical students was cleared, the common assessment tools and investigation results of medical students' critical thinking were introduced, and the related influence factors from three aspects including personal, environment and education were discussed. At last, medical students' critical thinking can be improved by teaching idea updating, heuristic teaching application and evaluation reform.
