Abstract

Good project management can help a project succeed but may not prevent it from crashing, such as a data center colocation project at the Secretariat of the Presidential Advisory Council. This study examines the Critical Success Factors that cause failure in project management practices in colocation data center projects. These factors were found by analyzing the questionnaire using the Analytic Hierarchy Method (AHP) to determine the ranking of the factors. According to the research findings, top management support, planning, and communication, are the three most important factors and enable the Secretariat to improve their project management by maximizing the factors.
