Abstract
The great Epic of Ramayana has once again proved to have an ambitious space for numerous perspectives and understandings. Likewise this article relishes looking into the eyes of the chief of Malayaputra, Maharishi Vishwamitra, perhaps the mastermind behind the plot. His ideas on land, society, caste system, equality, and redemption agitate the characters and the readers. This article advances to critically understand Vishwamitra and his unorthodox schemes and importance in creating characters for his future prospectus. Although it is unclear on his obvious destination this article manages to discern Maharishi Vishwamitra’s purpose basing on “Sita: Warrior of Mithila” by Amish Tripathi.
