Abstract
From the observation of χ(q = 0, ω) we obtained χ0 and the relaxation time τ of spin and determined these critical indices. They show the crossover phenomena near ε = 10-2 and ε ≈ 7 × 10-2. It has been also shown that pseudo-ferromagnetic-ordered clusters, which have a life time longer than ∼ 10-6 s, exist below ε ≈ 10-2 even in the paramagnetic region.
