Abstract
Currently, the balancing of the drives of the well sucker-rod pumping units is carried out taking into account only the energy parameters, this method does not guarantee the operation and loading optimal parameters of unit nodes. In low-speed rocking machines, balance does not depend on dynamic loads and affects only on the electric motor and gearbox. The safety margin of the engine exceed over the same gearbox parameter. The paper considers the possibility of increasing the service life of the gearbox of a low-speed rocking machine, which is the most responsible and expensive drive unit for well sucker rod pumping units. It is proposed to balance the low-speed balancing drive, taking into account the moment on the crank shaft of the gearbox: average moment, maximum moment, peak-to-peak torque on the crank shaft of the gearbox for one revolution. The choice of a specific criterion can be made on the basis of the statistics of failures of the well sucker-rod pumping unit of this type.
