Abstract

The criteria in the article are considered as a sign on the basis of which the level of development, formation of professional ability, in particular, readiness for managerial activity of future managers of organizations is determined. Each sign finds its manifestation in certain indicators. We agree with the opinion of L.Belova, T. Lukina, O.Postupnaya, and T.Khlebnikova that when developing indicators of readiness it is necessary to observe the following principles: the indicators created should determine the readiness of the future specialist to accept permanent changes in professional activity; evaluate not only the result, but also the process; assessment of readiness is carried out according to the main functions characteristic of a specific professional activity.
