Abstract
症例は60歳の女性.橋出血3カ月後に眼球口蓋ミオクローヌスが出現した.電気眼振図では,共同性で緩徐相・急速相のない垂直方向性の不随意眼球運動を認め,眼球ミオクローヌスと考えた.慢性期のMRIT2強調像で両側延髄下オリーブ核に高信号域が新たに出現していた.画像所見の時間的変化は,従来報告されている病理学上の下オリーブ核仮性肥大の経時的変化と一致した.
