Abstract

This research article aims to study the crisis management of the COVID-19 epidemic situation in Bangkok, to study the problems, and to suggest crisis management of the COVID-19 in Bangkok which is qualitative research. Crisis management problems found that the government has been sluggish to prevent the spread, procurement of the COVID-19 vaccines and medicines, The Prime Minister and the Minister of Public Health lack leadership in this crisis management, government officials are less stringent with illegal immigrant workers and allow activities to be held, the communication between the Thai government and the Governor of Bangkok was inconsistent effect causing the people to be confused, some politicians also were hoarding masks and smuggling them to export to other countries, the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine is ineffective with lack of transparency, equality, and Thai people are not confident efficiency in government-provided vaccines.
