Abstract

This article analyzes the actions taken, from 2020 to date, by the three levels of government in Mexico to eradicate and reduce the contagion and deaths due to the coronavirus, specifically, the Federal Government of this country. It also studies certain constitutional and legal actions that Mexico could have taken to control the pandemic effectively and efficiently; these actions were not taken and, therefore, ended up harming the general population. The above is based on the perspective of human rights and human dignity.
