Crise e Identidade Nacional: Para Além do Pensamento Abissal e a Banalização das Relações Jurídicas no Estado Moderno

Abstract

The central proposal of this research is to analyze the trivialization of juridical relations and the crisis of national identity based on studies carried out by Boaventura de Sousa Santos and other authors who develop a critical thinking about modernity. It stands out the model that presents itself in the Brazilian reality and how the crisis of identity can be seen as the opening of a possibility for critical emancipation through the breaking of the abyssal thought of cancel / nullification of the other. The research was based on the analysis of works by theoretical scientists on the crisis of modernity and used the dialectical method to analyze the Brazilian reality.
