Abstract
Cybercrime is defined as a crime committed using information and communication technology, such as computers or the internet. Cyberstalking is one type of cybercrime, and there is no legislation in place to protect people from stalking in Indonesia. The existing regulations are ineffective in addressing this issue since they continue to employ inadequate articles. As a result, it is proposed that legislation be created immediately that particularly controls protection against stalker actions in cyberspace, to provide security and a sense of security to the community.
