Abstract
AbstractIn his article Daniyar Kanafin writes about how Kazakhstan follows one of the key international standards related to fair trial, judicial independence. Based on the analysis of the national legislation, special publications and his own experience, the author tries to identify what causes insufficient judicial independence in Kazakhstan and offers possible solutions for this problem.
