Abstract
The criminal law as a general rule has not attention by mean and aim to commit crimes, every means in his view are equal, whether if it manages actor from achieving his criminal he should fall under penalty of punishment if they assigned him to commit a crime, materially and morally, so that the law stresses the death offender due to the way used in the commission of a crime as murder by poison or initiated, and that the law has nothing to do motivations, whether honest or dirty if what has to assign criminal act to the perpetrator and realized his responsibility for transfer the infection to another by virus, germs and such that caused diseases to him.
